今天這張作品的主題是：梅花五。
我做了兩個版本，一個採用棋盤重複印花；另一個採用東方哲學。
Today's featured design is “Five of Clubs.”
I created two versions of this piece.
One featuring a checkerboard repeat pattern, and the other inspired by Eastern philosophy.
第一版
Version 1
採用黑白交錯形成棋盤重複印花，再利用「 5 」 字去崁入，讓整體視覺顯得大器又質感。
An interlocking black-and-white checkerboard motif, subtly embedded with the “5” , giving the design a bold, elevated feel.
第二版
Version 2
當時完成第一版的「梅花五」後，我總覺得作品少了一點記憶點，整體看起來有些平淡。
於是，我決定給自己一個挑戰，希望能賦予它更深層的文化意涵，而不只是單純的圖形設計。
思考了很久後，靈感來自東方成語：五福臨門。
When I finished the first version of “Five of Clubs” , something still felt like it was missing.
And the overall look felt a bit flat, lacking that one detail people would remember.
So I challenged myself to push further: instead of just a graphic pattern, I wanted the design to carry deeper cultural meaning.
After much thought, inspiration struck from a classic Eastern idiom：五福臨門 .
五福臨門在傳統文化中，「五福」分別代表長壽、富貴、康寧、好德與善終，而梅花正好擁有五片花瓣，因此我將這層寓意作為整體視覺設計的核心概念。
設計上，我將梅花的意象與撲克牌中的梅花相互結合，並以 5 行 × 5 列的方式排列，同時讓數字 5 在畫面中形成呼應，強化「五」的主題與意義。
最後，我加入了五條細線作為收束元素，以「綑綁、串聯」的概念貫穿整體，象徵五福相伴、福氣貫穿一生，讓作品在寓意與視覺表現上取得平衡。
五福臨門 In Eastern culture, the “Five Blessings” represent longevity, wealth, health, virtue, and a peaceful death.
Coincidentally, the plum blossom has exactly five petals — and it was this connection that became the core concept behind the entire visual design.
For the design itself, I merged the imagery of the plum blossom with the club suit from playing cards, arranging them in a 5×5 grid.
The number “5” was then woven throughout the composition, echoing and reinforcing the central theme.
Finally, I added five thin lines as a closing element — a visual metaphor for “binding” and “connecting.”
This represents the five blessings coming together as one, carrying good fortune through every stage of life, and brings the piece full circle, balancing symbolic meaning with visual harmony.
